An independent hospitality guide
SpageTawayland writes about where people stay — the setting, the rooms, the dining, the public space and the surroundings — in one consistent structure, then hands you over to each property's own official listing page.

The largest and most fully-equipped properties in the guide — integrated destinations where dining, wellness and event space sit alongside the rooms. Three of them, read in full.
Explore Premier Properties
A general cross-section of accommodation, read through the rooms, the location and the area around the door. Four entries that show the breadth of what a stay can be.
Explore Discover Stays
Properties inside or beside a city centre, weighed by what is within walking distance of the front door. Three urban and riverside stays, judged on their surroundings.
Explore In the CityOur commitment
We describe what is, and we say so plainly.
Every entry in this guide follows the same structure: the arrival, the rooms, the dining, the public space and the surroundings. Read one entry and you know how to read the next. Nothing is arranged to sell, because nothing here is for sale.
We publish no prices, no availability and no star-ranking of our own. Rates move daily and belong to the property, and a ranking we invented would carry none of the weight of one a property has earned elsewhere. So the entries stay about the place itself — the light in the room, the walk to the water, the feel of the public space at the hour you would be there.
What we offer instead is a steady, unhurried way to get to know nine properties before you talk to anyone about a stay. When the entry has done its job, it points at the official listing page and steps back.
A sense of place
Setting is where every entry begins, because it is usually what a guest meets first. A resort on the water reads differently at dusk than at noon; a lodge in open countryside is defined by the horizon more than by its walls; a city hotel is, in the end, a question about what is within walking distance.
We write each setting the way a visitor would meet it — the approach, the view from the room, the distance to the things the surrounding area offers. None of it is staged, and none of it is a promise. It is simply the place, described at a particular hour, in a particular season.

Where it goes from here
When an entry has given you the picture it can — the setting, the rooms, the dining, the neighbourhood — it points at the property's official listing page. That page is where rates, dates and availability live, and where a booking, if you want one, happens.
We keep our distance on purpose. No affiliation, no commission, no inventory of our own — just descriptions written in one voice, and a door that opens onto the official listing.
